GIRLSPORT
GLOBAL
COMBINES

GSC New Photos-9.jpg

Global Combines. Reimagined for girls.

Girlsport Global Combines are development-first performance experiences designed to help girls understand how they move, how performance evolves over time, and how sport technology supports learning.

Girls explore testing environments, learn how sport technology works, and gain insight into how training influences development.

This is not about early selection or identification, it’s about understanding performance and exploring sports tech.

This isn’t about early selection.

What makes Girlsport Combines different?

Traditional combines often focus on identifying top performers.

Girlsport Combines focus on helping girls understand how performance develops.

Testing becomes a tool for learning – not excluding girls from participating.

Girls are encouraged to ask:

• What does this test measure?

• How can I improve this skill?

• How does training influence results?

• What does progress look like over time?

Understanding replaces pressure.

Girlsport Global Combines are designed for girls who are curious about how sport

works and how they develop within it.

Participants may include:

• Athletes From Any Sport

• Girls Interested In Improving Performance

• Students Curious About Sport Science and Technology

• Girls Exploring New Ways to Engage With Sport

Girls do not need to be elite athletes to participate. We encourage girls of all experiences and levels. Curiosity is the only requirement.

What Girls Experience

Girls move through a series of learning-based testing and exploration stations.

Experiences may include:

• speed testing using timing gates

• agility and change-of-direction testing

• coordination and reaction activities

• jump or power-based testing

• movement pattern observation

• exposure to performance tracking technology

• guided explanation of what performance data means

• conversations about training, recover, and development

• introduction to how sport science supports athletes

Girls are encouraged to ask questions and understand how performance evolves over time.

Girls leave with insight — not labels.

How Girls Engage with Their Results

Girls are guided through what their results mean and how performance can change over time

They learn:

• What different tests measure

• How training influences development

• How progress can look different for each individual

• How data can support learning and confidence

Sport
Technology
Used
Differently

Girlsport integrates modern sport technology to help girls understand performance.

Technology helps explain:

• how movement efficiency changes over time

• how training influences strength and coordination

• how performance insights can guide development

What Girls Gain

Girls leave with:

• Better understanding of how their body moves

• Confidence in their own development timeline

• Exposure to sport science and performance tools

• Language to talk about training and improvement

• Curiosity about how performance evolves

• Awareness that development is not linear

Many girls experience performance testing for the first time in an environment designed for learning rather than comparison
